I think you can't do because Vegas 13 is an old and the latest Sony Vegas program with probably different codes.

If you are talking about the old version of ignite, the one that came out before hitfilm pro 3 or the version that came with it, I know it works at least up to version 16. Usually stuff like that breaks when a new version is released and then either magix or the developer of the plugin have to create an update for it. But 17 has been out about 6 months so maybe it just doesnt work anymore. If you wanna buy an updated version of those plugins check ignite at fx home and what versions it is compatible with.

I have the old Hitfilm Plugins too. They worked with Vegas up to and including version 14, at least. I don't think I could get them to work with v17 or 18. (I only had test versions) - even though they continue to work in After Effects year after year. Unfortunately, it looks like we have to repurchase the plugins, now called Ignite Pro, if you want to use them in newer versions of Vegas. Let me know if you've found otherwise! The good news is that Ignite recognizes the Hitfilm plugins - meaning if you open an old project in Vegas with the Hitfilm Plugins, the effect will seamlessly work as the newer Ignite Plugin version. At least in my last test in 17. That wasn't initially the case.

All old Hitfilm or Ignite plugins cannot work in Vegas Pro 17 and 18. For that to happen you have to use Ignite Pro 4.1
