I am having issues with horizontal lines or pixelation showing up on my videos when the camers traverses left or right. ANyone know what causes this? Everytime the camera moves swiftly the people in the shot get jagged edges on there outline and it looked like horizontal lines running through everything from top to bottom. Is it a camera setting or an issue with Vegas or DVD arch that I have to fix.
