Maybe SHIFT+Wheel like in Vegas

Hi,

Is there anyway, I can use that horizontal scroll wheel to scroll through my timeline horizontally? like using any software or anything? I know that shift+scroll thing, but I want to map my horizontal wheel to act as shift+scroll up and so.

I have the same mouse and would also like to see horizontal scroll of the timeline using the horizontal scroll wheel.
