Horizontal Scroll Timeline through mouse

Hi,

I have a Logitech MX Master Mouse, which has a horizontal scroll wheel(side scroll wheel), my favorite video editor of choice is Vegas Pro 14 and that's what I use.

Is there anyway, I can use that horizontal scroll wheel to scroll through my timeline horizontally? like using any software or anything? I know that shift+scroll thing, but I want to map my horizontal wheel to act as shift+scroll up and so.
