(VV 3.0c)
I'm evaluating VV; and after using for a bit, I think it's an awesome product! Only one glitch I've run into so far: serious flashing on still image transitions. Video transitions work as advertised. Everything looks great when I'm just previewing the timeline...but when I "selectively prerender" (prep for print-to-tape), *all* of the transitions 'flash' (every other frame) on every still image (jpg). Same with .png image files. It even flashes when there is no overlap (butt cut)-something that makes me think it's a bug.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Oh, and I tried different combinations of field dominance, per project and per clip: lower, higher, none (progressive). I would think that was the issue, but they didn't seem to have an effect. =(
Running WinXP Pro, 2ghz P4, 768mb ram, basic Firewire card, nVidia GF MX2.
Any responses are greatly appreciated! I can post an example if needed. Thanks!
