I updated from the previous release (full version) of Boris Graffiti, to the current Release5.
I installed it from the CD that Boris sent me, and tried to use the product, and got a screen asking for my registration code.
I don't have any registration code -- Boris never gave me one. I tried the one I got with the previous version, but that gets rejected as invalid.
I tried to register the product, but that process asks me for my serial number. The installation booklet says the serial number is printed on the inside front cover. That isn't true. There's no serial number to be found on any of the materials Boris sent me.
I tried to use the serial number from the previous release -- rejected as invalid.
I reported the problem to Boris last week -- Support line phone recording says "Someone will get back to you promptly." It's five days later, and I'm eagerly waiting to learn their definition of "promptly".
