How and where do I get vhs plugins for Vegas?

I hate to complain a lot but this is aggravating for me because I don't know what to do or where to look and I have no idea how to achieve what I'm looking for. I just want vhs effects and transitions to just easily drag and drop onto my clips. The only ones I find are only for adobe products. I googled to find sites for plugins that work in vegas and I can't find any. This Newblue doesn't have it, this red giant site is only for premiere pro or after effects and I don't understand why adobe is the only one that gets those effects. Other movie edit software deserve some of it but I can't find anywhere where I can have what I want. I only have the tv simulator but I want more. Does anyone know how they can help me with this struggle?

Lol its just grain. I want it to have those snow things, the line that trails downward, make the video shake, distort, static, glitch sometimes for transitions. I saw a video where you can drag it during a transition crossfade and it'll do just that.

There are a few videos on creating the type of effects you might want. Look for TV glitch effect, or bad reception effects. I don't think there are a lot of plugins that do this, most are created.
