Try entering your system into PCPartsPicker. Be sure to have a power supply well above the max of your parts to avoid transient (momentary) spikes of power use that could cause it to shut down.

Beyond that it in part depends on how your system is configured. Your motherboard may limit voltage or it may not- check the bios.

That CPU is nominally 180W assuming this is the locked non-K version. K version can deliver performance gains if it can go up to 240W (if you can handle the heat).
