Lately I have been watching a cool video edition effect in some tvads. I don't know the name of this effect (elements that changes theirs scale quickly and the scenes also changes)....I would like to know if SonyVegas can do this or I need another software? Thanks for your help. See these examples please:

Should be no problem in Vegas. I did something similar today just using the even pan crop and setting the keyframes

Michael L, Please share your results. I know I'd love to see them, and I bet there are many others who would as well.
As for me, that spot above is darn sharp and would be a mild nightmare in Vegas. I'd be willing to bet it was done in After Effects. I've done similar (though nowhere near as complex) in Boris Red, and I know Vegas' new(ish) Z-space would help a lot in this, but I'm still thinking AE would be the "right tool."
If you're looking to try this in Vegas, check out the 3D tab (3D Sourse Alpha, if memory serves) in Track Motion and lots of parenting. It can be done, but it's WORK.

Yeah, I agree it would be hard to do that sequence (that well) in Vegas considering you've got chromakey elements and lot's of layers all animated and interacting with each other. You'd have to keep clicking on each track's Track Motion, make the changes, then open the next track and repeat.

On that note: One day, I would love to see Vegas have an interactive preview/composite window that allows different video layers, titles, PIP, etc, to be manipulated without going into each track's Track Motion and Pan/Crop screens... like in After Effects.

Another case of MAYBE it Could be done in Vegas, but Vegas is not the tool to be doing it with. Vegas is a great editing tool, but cant do everything, nothing can. IMHO

After Effects

I didn't see anything that can't be done with Vegas. But it would be a LOT of work, a lot of chromakey and a lot of pan/crop.
