How can I make for works whit Vegas and DV300?

The DV300 is not OHCI compliant and probably will not work not matter what you try. You might be able to fish around various forums and figure out a way to use it, but no guarantees.

You can pick up a Pyro or SIIG OHCI compliant IEEE 1394 DV card for less than $75- those definietly work.
