How can I make the title text fit whole screen

So I am editing a video of an iphone game and the preview display is of the iphone display but when I want to add the title, it only wants to fit in the iphone display and not the whole screen which is what I want.  I want to have the sample text fit the whole screen not and not fit for my iphone display if you know how I can solve this please let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

Change your preview background from black to default (gray) and you'll see that your text fits the whole screen.
Your settings are 720x1280, thats upright.

Your current project size is 720x1280.

File > Properties.

Please change your project size to 1280x720 or 1920x1080...
