How can make effect like Find Edges?

In After Effects there was an effects named Find Edges,which FX in Sony Vegas will take effect like Find Edges in AE?

The Convolution Kernel with the Find Edges preset will give you the edges but you have a whole lot more than just finding edges goin on in your example. I have a Pencil Sketch tutorial on my web site that has a similar look.
