How could I lower the audio?

Is there any way I could lower every single one of these huge audio spikes on this singular track without lowering the rest of the track? (I know I could do it manually but that would take forever) I'm on Vegas Pro 19

Try the 'Track Compressor' FX plug-in using the 'Soft limit' preset,
Alternately, or in conjunction with a comp/limiter, add a volume envelope to the track, Select the track and press the 'V' key. (Tip: highlight the region you wish to attenuate and drag the volume envelope line downward.. transition points will be added automatically). To manually add an envelope transition, double-click the line to add a point. To move a point, simply drag it left/right/up/down.To remove a point, right-click the point and choose 'Delete'. To move, adjust, delete or copy/paste a transition or group of points, enable the Envelope Edit tool (Edit> Editing too> Envelope) or the toolbar icon.

  2. Wave Hammer Plugin
  3. ExpresFX Dynamics
  4. Graphic Dynamics
  5. Multi-Band Dynamics
  6. A 3rd Party Loudness Plugin
  • I use the third party TB Barricade Plugin from Toneboosters. There are literally dozens of other options out there.
