How do i activate the "kid" mode that helps my clips align?

i' m using vegas pro 19 on a windows 11 laptop

I have somehow managed to turn of the kid/adult mode that helps me align my clips and i'm wondering how i can turn it back on

There isn't a kid mode, but perhaps auto ripple is what you are after? If so, there's a button for it on the bottom set of buttons under the timeline.
