How do I activate Vegas Post?

I bought Vegas 21 POST and have installed everything but, it states that in order for me to use Vegas Image, I need to activate VEGAS POST

what is going on? How do I do that ?

Run from VEGAS Pro, insert any video footage, right click on the clip, edit in VEGAS Effects.
