How do i create a SVCD or VCD

I dont have a DVD Burner yet, but i do have a cd burner. Is there format that i can burn my project so it will easily be played on a DVD player. I heard most DVD players can play SVCD OR VCDs, right? Any help. I am using DVD Architect 2.0. And does it alow burning SVCD or VCD on a regular cd burner.

DVD Architect does DVD.
If you want to create VCD/SVCD, you should use other tools. I suggest you go here for information, downloads, and samples:

you can make VCD's from the Vegas timeline.

I've made VCDs using Vegas. Nero supposedly creates VCDs and SVCDs, but I have not tried it.
