How do I export just one frame?

Been trying to export just one frame from the timeline to .tga format....not sure how to do it - thanks!

On the top-right of the preview window is a disk icon - that will allow you to save a snapshot image to a file.

Set your video preview to Best-Full, then click the diskette icon in the preview window. You can only save in JPG or PNG format. Select PNG; it's cleaner.
