You want to produce a series of still photos from a video?

Okay, first thing to note is that 4 x 6 photos need at least 800 x 1200 pixels of information (ideally 1200 x 1800) in order to produce a decent quality print. Your video, on the other hand, is only 480 x 720 pixels, so there's no way to get print quality imagery from video. Just know that going in.

That said, Movie Studio will let you "grab frames" from your video and save them as stills.

Open Video Capture by going to File-->Capture Video. Within the Video Capture program, right click on the Video Preview and choose Zoom-->100%. You can then play your tape and find the scene that you want to capture an image from. Pause the tape at the point you would like and click the Capture Image button to save out an image. Still images are saved as JPEG files in the Capture Folders specified on the Disk Management tab of the Preferences dialog. If you want to save as uncompressed bitmap, clear the "Save captured stills as JPEG" check box on the Capture tab of the Preferences dialog.
