How do I get 4096x2160 Video. I only see 8192x4320

How do I get 4096x2160 Video.  I only see 8192x4320. I am uploading videos from my GoPro to some stock agencies, and they require minimum 4096x2160 videos. I see smaller than 4096, like around 3800 +/-, but these don't upload and they need to be a little larger. The next size I see is 8192, but they are too big. Any advice? This is on Vegas Pro 22.

@keith-b Open Properties (cog wheel top left of the preview window) & type in the size you want.

Modern GoPro's are MP4 HEVC so use Magix HEVC, if the size isn't already set open Custom Template & type in your settings, save it as a Template at the top, (an = sign will appear in the list to say it matches your Project Properties)
