How Do I get audio from a clip to timeline?

Here is my workflow.

I capture, place all clips on timeline.
I then delete audio layer. If I want the audio for
a particular clip what do I do? Is there a "magic" button
in Vegas to do this?

ONe trick, open the clip in the trimmer, this will bring up both audio and video, then drag audio to the clip.

I just delete the clip without the audio and then insert the same clip directly from the media pool-- which will have audio attached.

There is an easy way of adding just the vid or aud from media pool to time line.
Instead of left clicking (puts both on T/:L) try right clicking and dragging - will give the option of add video or audio only!
