How do I make a folder bigger?

Anyone know how to make an (empty) folder bigger, or have more memory capacity, so that I may burn a DVD? My project isn't that big, but it's telling me that my folder isn't big enough.

Specifically, it means that you don't have enough room on your harddrive. You can't make a folder "bigger" -- you have to either clear space on the drive by deleting some files or by using a harddrive with more space.
