How do I move an image (X, Y coordinates) where I want frame by frame?

So I want to move an image to different X and Y coordinates frame by frame. Is there anyway I can do this with the image in one video track?

You can use Event Pan/Crop.

There is also a script called ":Earthquake" if you want random movements.

Sorry I should've been more specific, I'm aware of this tool but I can't seem to move the image I want frame by frame to different X and Y coordinates.

Are you using the Keyframe system at the bottom of the Pan/Crop?

Yes, but I am a little new to this program and can't quite figure out how the Keyframe system works.

In the video you move from one location to another via keyframes. What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to move it manually every frame instead of it moving automatically like it did in the video?

Depending on what you are trying to do...

If for example you want to start full frame at the beginning, and zoom in to half size at 10 second point, you don't have to keyframe every frame. There is a keyframe marker at the beginning of the event. Now click on the timeline at 10 seconds. Use pan/crop to zoom in the amount you want. Vegas will put a keyframe marker at 10 seconds. It will zoom smoothly from the beginning to the 10 second point. (I think I am making this more complicated than it is.)

Yes, I want to move it manually every frame. There's probably an easier way, but I honestly would just prefer to do it manually.
