How do I prevent the Annoying 2 Yellow Arrows showin up above timeline

How do I prevent the annoying 2 yellow arrows from ever popping up again above text track while I am editing text? TY

Those mark the area of the current "selection area". You can bring them together and not have a selection area when you click on the timeline by going to Options - Preferences - Editing - Collapse loop region when no time selection is present.

You can also collapse the area by typing I O.

But you can't "get rid of them".
