How Do I Resize An Image?

Please, for the love of god, someone tell me how to resize an image. Previous versions of Vegas show users grabbing the edge of the image and resizing it. Then they're able to move it anywhere in the frame so that it's overlaying the video. How can I do this in Vegas 14?

Thank you so much! Track motion was exactly what I was looking for. I'm just not sure why Vegas arguably hides this feature. It's so easily accessible in other applications I've used.
