Reminds me... on PODs (brand of guitar preamps) there's a relly nice function into it: to set an echo effect, you just have to tap -in tempo- like two or three times on a button and it sets the beat for the echoes.
Wouldn't it be nice to include it in Vetas for the markers AND the effects?!!?
We could use the tab key or wathever...even the mouse.
How would that be any better than just tapping M (or routing another controller to have the same effect)? At least with markers, you can snap to them...
... Simple; by tapping the first 2 or 3 of them and the others would follow automatically...
Could be VERY usefull for Echo, Chorus,Flange, Tremolo effects too...
Time for a V4-Script Forum Post me thinks. "Set Markers to audio peak" maybe? Waddya think? - I believe I read further up this thread that this wasn't an option - well, no harm in asking - eh?
OK, you're laying in tracks, one at a time, and don't have the full beat or anything laid down yet to go off of... The Metronome puts out a steady beat, an electronic version of those swinging, reverse, pendulum things you'll see in old movies, to remind you of the beat so you don't go off on a riff or whatever that sounds great on its own, but horrible with anything else.
