how do u speed up the video faster?

i use velocity but it goes up to 300% only. and the motion is not fast enough. i want something to make it faster

Ctrl-Drag the right end of the event over to the left. You can speed it up 4x this way. Combined with velocity envelope this will speed it up 12x. If you need more than that, render to a new AVI file, load the new file onto the timeline, and repeat.

Or... you can purchase the Veggie Toolkit and use the Time Bandit feature.
