How do you bring a video track from one project to the next one in a new opened project? Is dat possible

I wanna be able to copy a video track from let say "untitled project 1" to "untitled project 2" because apparently, i liked this effect dat i made but forgot how i did it, and i wanna use it in a different project, is dat possible?

Open Vegas twice: once for each project. Copy from project 1 and paste into project 2.

If you made the effect on the track level, you are going to have to render it and then put the resultant media into your new project.

To see how you achieved a certain effect, just open the FX chain and see what you have turned on and what settings you made.
