I did not understand your instructions, where exactly I have to "Hold Strg (Ctrl) pressed while I drag the right edge of a video event to the left."

Click and drag one the end of your video event as if you are trimming it, except hold down the Ctrl key as you do.

Now, what I want is in the same video some minutes of time Time lapse then "Normal play" ending again with another Time lapse, could you please give me and advice of how can I do this?

Split (Cut) the clip at the places where you want the changes to occur. Stretch out the first and third parts and then afterwards move the parts to butt join against each other.
