how do you make a karaoke DVD?

what kind of audio format should i render? i used to make karaoke vcd with the left and right channel split. how do i do this on a karaoke dvd?

You need two audio tracks: one is for music with vocal, and the other is for music without vocal. You also need DVD authoring program that can support multiple audio tracks such as DVDMaestro, Sonic ReelDVD, Sonic DVDproducer, DVDwise....
