How do you name menus in the drop down list

Under the "File" menu I have the tool bar with the common "new", "open" etc buttons, then under that I have a drop down list of menus in my project.

How do you change the name of these? I have four menus on the main page and inside the drop down list it reads something like this

MENU
menu
menu
menu
commercials

The top one is obviously the main page due to insetting. The last item is actually the name of the final menu item on my main page. But my question is, why did that one change in the drop down list while the first three simply continue to read "menu"?

How do I change those. It would make navigation much simpler.

You have to GO to the page in question to change it. Once you do, just click on the text box, to select then right click to get to edit text. If you're inserting a scene selection menu when it pops up to ask how many thumbnails you want per page, you can type a more descriptive name for each page at that time as well.

Do you realize what drop down menu I'm talking about? Not a text box. I believe it's called a drop down list in the programming world. Has a little button on the right hand side with a downward pointing black triangle. It's above the preview window.

Anyone else have an idea about what defines the entries in this list?

The only way that I am aware of to name a menu is when you create a scene selection menu. It will prompt you for a name and the number of scenes. That name will then appear in the drop down list. If you don't enter a name, it will just be called Menu.

If you use Insert / Submenu or Page you can not name the resulting menu.

Yet another thing for SOFO to add to the list of things they need to fix for DVDA 2.0

Sounds like this must be a question for the SoFo people to answer. Because I know of no way to rename the list items either. And yet on of them was automaticly renamed. So what did it?
