How DVDA Generate VIDEO_TS Folders?

Please, How does DVD Architech generate Video and Audio_TS Folders and other directories to that can be burned by Nero to a CD-R to create a miniDVD?
I havent DVD+RW Drive.

After clicking on Make DVD - Click on the FIRST option (the one that does NOT include burning). It will then ask you for a subdirectory in which it will place the Video_TS and Audio_TS subdirectories.
