How identify main media in project ?

Given an existing DVDA project containing some main media, is there a way to find out what that media is?

I naively tried right-clicking on the timeline but the only option is to "Set Video/Image" i.e. I can write to it but I can't read it.

The nearest possibility (only that) I stumbled on was to right-click the item in the left-hand (tree) pane and select "Explore Containing Folder". The resulting Explorer has a file highlighted which I'm pretty sure is the one I used for that project. Is that a valid method (or just coincidence)?

But to be more than "pretty sure", what is the proper way to do this, or is the "improper" method (that I stumbled upon) valid?

OK, like DaveT2 said in http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?MessageID=684812

<<<
...doubleclick on the media in the left window pane so the timeline is visible. On the right side of the screen is a pane of MEDIA PROPERTIES. The heading TRACK MEDIA allows you to substitute audio or video on the timeline with another file.

You can also go to Options>Preferences>General and check Display filename labels on media events in trackview. This overlays the files specification on the clip in the timeline.
