How long before Sony responds to an e-mail request

No matter what I try (And I have tried everything) to fix whatever could be causing my render errors (and thanks to all btw who gave me some helpful tips) my system crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to just RENDER a simple little project that I have worked on for WEEKS!!!

I sent an e-mail to Sony with the error message attached. I rec'd a notification right away that they rec'd the request and would respond ASAP. It has been 5 days, and still no response. I am waiting patiently for their reseponse so I can fix this.

Can anyone please, please tell me how long it normally takes to hear back from them on an error issue? Or should I be paying more $ for support?

Even if they respond to your email there's not much they can do to find the crash. That's something that you should be doing. Like, finding EXACTLY the point where the crash happens, and see what's special about this point. Is it too many large pictures on your project, is it a transition, is it a third party plugin? Investigate. They can't help you otherwise, it requires some debugging on your part too. Not a "aaah, it crashes!!!".

It can take a couple of days. Make sure you keep an eye on your spamfolder if by chance their reply ends up in it.
