How long will it take for V5 to get to me?

I'm a bit excited to recieve my Vegas 5 DVD 2 update. I recieved an email a week ago saying my order was being "processed", When I check the status of my order it still says it's being "processed"...how long until they ship it???

I ordered mine yesterday morning and got it today at 2:00PM. It came from Madison Wisconsin, I live near Chicago, so that falls within the one day zone for UPS. Nothing special, just regular ground shipping.

I would call unless you live at the South Pole or some other distant place, you should have had it by now. I didn't notice any UPS tracking number on my email confirmation. Do you have one?
