I recently had to replace my motherboard and without knowing some of the problems got an Athlon 1000 with the VIA KT133 chipset. Since then Vegas Audio has crashed on every song. (Any ideas how to solve this?)

So, I'm wondering... what kind of performance others in the actual field are getting with Vegas Audio?
How many tracks can you squeeze out of it? Does it crash if you go too far?
How many effects? Do you keep the three default on every channel or drop them when not needed?
What kind of systems are people using to get top performance.
