The JKL is the most used scrub method for me.
When I hit L, forward is increment +0.5 in playback rate/speed, and J -0.5.
Is it possible to set this increment in playback rate/speed from 0.5 to 0.3?

I don't think so, but if you hold the K down while hitting J or L, it will increment .25

Taking the opportunity, by chance do you know if it is possible to increase/decrease playback speed/rate through JKL, keeping the sound pitch smoother. I mean, when I change speed/rate, even very low as 0.25, people voice doesn't keep the pitch, becoming similar to Mikey Mouse (when increasing speed) and Darth Vader (when decreasing speed).
Just as reference, in Adobe Premiere, by pressing J or L keys to change playback speed, the pitch is so smooth in comparison to Vegas. Premiere preserve the voices even when playback speed is changed.
=> Do you know if there is any pitch control when scrubbing in Vegas, in order the voices become smoother (not so distorted)?
I have several hours of interviews to analyse/edit, and I do need to speed up the playback (overall the rate I use is from 1.25 to 1.75). However, I'm quite uncomfortable hearing the voices with so much distortion.
