Hi. I'm a relatively inexperienced Vegas user, with a question about how I should approach this. I have this video of a seagull walking along a beach. I want to add a callout box, to make it seem like it's talking. I can create the callout box in Photoshop (is there some better alternative?). What is the best way to add this box to the bird and make it move with the bird? Is this what the cookie cutter effect is for? Or is there another, or better, way? Thanks!
