Insert / Video track. Drag the header of the new track up if necessary so that it's above the video clips. Add text events.

Another problem is, that when I open the Media Manager Pro 8, I get, that The Media Manager is not installed. Why it is so?

Media Manager is a separate download.

Chienworks just tipped you off to one of the most powerful features of Vegas Pro vs Movie Studio. The pro version has an unlimited number of video tracks (only limited by your computer hardware not the software.

Once you get the handle on working with multiple tracks you'll see your creativity explode. For example, what if you have four tracks of text onscreen with all of them having different motion.

If you've ever seen someone who really knows how to use Photoshop, you know the value of using multiple layers within one image. You can achieve the same sorts of thing in Vegas with multiple video tracks.
