How to batch render several files?

I have a number of files I want to render as seperate clips.

Is there a way to have Vegas do them automatically, one after the other?

Or must I start each one manually and wait on it to finish before I can start the next?

(I'm hoping I can give it the file list and render template and it will do them one after the other until done... this way I can let it work all night and all is done the next day.)

thanks for any help - Will

There are a number of scripts that do what you want, namely to open up several Vegas project files (VEG files), and then render them one after another. Here are the names to search for:

Batch_Project_RenderQueue.js
* This script can be used to queue up multiple Vegas project files
* to be rendered.

John,

Where do you suggest I search? Google or is there a place here on the SF site?

As a simpler alternative to the scripts, it's also possible to open up several Vegas windows and start a render running in each. They will run simultaneously and unattended.
