How to capture a picture from project video?

How do you capture a frame of video (while working on a project) and export it/save it to a JPG or BMP file?

Seems like a simple thing to do, but I can't seem to figure it out.

In the preview window at the right upper corner is what looks like a floppy disk. Enlarge your preview window to full resolution then click
on the icon.
