How to change thumbnail image

On some points of my video, the new scene, starts with black first, so the thumbnails is black. How do I reset the thumbnail to show a shot of that scene. I know in DVD1, there was a thumbnail button, where I could select the image I wanted ofr each chapter, but can't find it in DVD2:( Please help:)

Highlight the button, then look for "Start" in the properties page - you can type in time code or simply move the slider which appears to get the thumbnail you want.
