Hello i want to add a color between the two side by side videos so that it looks more nice..any idea how to do it? ive included a video

at 1:44 he adds the color..but i dont have that option in my sony vegas..or am i overlooking something?
Your video shows VEGAS Pro 16. VEGAS Pro 14 and newer are Magix versions.
Magix VEGAS Pro 16 does come with the Picture in Picture plugin. But it appeared to me you only wanted a bar in the center of the screen. The method I showed gives you a bar in the center of the screen and you don't have to add an effect to every event on the timeline. Just put this one track above the rest of the tracks.
