How to create create macros/templates (not sure about the term).

So, I have about 100 videos, which I would like to upload in youtube. I would like to speedup those video by a little from it's original speed, and would like to flip is horizontally, and add a transparent logo and probably more. This is to get rid of the annoying copy right claims (I might face) even those there are a copy of the exact video I have already uploaded in youtube by many users.

So, I could add those features one by one, which is doable but time consuming. I would like to know if this features can be grouped and saved somewhere so I can apply time for other videos.

Thanks

Make a first project with whatever media > copy project > Project Media window > Right click on the media > Replace... > Choose replacement media.

Or, if you really have the rights, just dispute the copyright claims. The power on YouTube these days is more with the uploader than it used to be. The appeals process mirrors the legal DMCA process.

I don't think the OP is indicating he is the copyright holder but is, in fact, trying to avoid copyright claims by altering the video enough to slip under the radar.

I assumed that too. By "if you really have the rights", I meant the rights to publish the content, whether they own the copyright or not.
