DVDA is a DVD authoring tool, not a general purpose video editing tool. You can set in/out points, but you cannot "cut out parts" - that's what Vegas or VMS is for.

The only problem with Vegas is it doesn't import the audio from a vob. file, just the video. Otherwise I would be using Vegas.

Is there any way to get the audio to import on Vegas from a file with vob.?

If you have Vegas 6 or newer, File / Import / DVD camcorder disc.
