Go to the Project Media tab, select the sub-clip (make sure it IS the sub-clip!), delete it, and say YES I really want to delete it if it says it's in use on the timeline.

@jetdv I'm telling you again, sub-clip didn't appeared but after i created subclip it effected my clip video fx's. There is only normal clips and i don't want to delete them.

@ahmet-a Well, I tested what I said before replying. When I created a subclip, it created a new "subclip" in the Project Media too (and the event said it had 2 takes - the original event and the subclip). By deleting the subclip from the Project Media it returned the original event on the timeline back to its original state. Without more details, I'm not understanding what is happening. Just creating a subclip will not affect an effect.

I am not sure what you expected, but what you show is normal. All TAKES will inherit any effx added. If you delete a take, whether it is a subclip or other video, the effect will remain.
