How to edit VADO HD footage in Vegas?

Hi All,
I just purchased a VADO HD (1st generation) and I can't import the footage into Vegas Pro 8. What happens is that Vegas imports but only the sound! What should I do to have picture and sound imported? What's the best ay to edit VADO HD footage with Vegas?

You might try rewrapping to AVI with this: /mp4cam2avi

It has helped me with some of the footage from my Sanyo HD2000. If you are still having trouble you may want to transcode to an I-frame based codec like Cineform.
