How to fix off-center rendering? PLEASE HELP [SVP VERSION 13.0]

[Please excuse me if I explain it badly but English isn't my first language and this is my first time on this forum]

While editing my video with sony vegas pro I changed the quality of the preview video to 'best full' because I had to crop something that had to be precisely done or else it would look very weird. I wanted to know if had to do any changes to my video and started rendering it but after it was done I got an off-center video. This happened to me twice now and I was frustrated when it did it again (every time after I changed the quality of the preview video it happened). I don't know how to fix it because it won't work if I set the quality back, change the project properties or if I change the preferences of the video. If there is anyone who can help me with it please do and it will be appreciated A LOT.

I use Sony Vegas Pro; Version 13.0

(look in the corner and you see a black border + the text isn't in the middle while I placed it in the middle)

Also, it won't fix it when I move it in track motion or change the background to a different color

go into event pan/crop for that media, right click, select "restore". Go into track motion, right click, select "restore box". That will default all of your media positioning.
