Well, depending on your finances, you could try paying for a single incident and see how you like their paid support. I've asked here on the forum and have never found anyone who's actually used it, but I do remember one post a while back from someone saying that it still took weeks to get useless support even if you paid for it.
Maybe happy support customers just don't post about it on the forum. Maybe there's daisies under them there cow pies...
On the other side, I've paid for support and it was outstanding, on the phone for several lengthy phone calls, issue resolved. The techy knew his stuff.
