How to get rid of the black parts on both sides?

Hi all,

16:9 project, mainly consists of pics.
Pics originally 16:9, vertical.
I turn all of them "counter clock wise" before I begin.
With V8 turn them vertical again.
Move a little bit to right or left.
Add mirror.
They appear as one pic in the middle.
With the last key frame, pics began to move to both sides.

Problem:
They dissapear before reaching of the frame.
There stays always black parts on the both sides.

How to get rid of them ?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure why you turn them counter clockwise and then vertical again. Seems like a lot of extra wasted effort.

In order to get rid of the black parts, open up Pan/Crop, right-mouse-button click inside the cropping frame, choose Match output aspect. If you've already got more than one keyframe in Pan/Crop then you'll have to do this for every keyframe. (sorry!) It's best to do this early on before you've set any keyframes.

Thanks!
You saved my life.... almost:)

A feature as useful as "Paste event attributes"...

Indeed I was knowing that "match output aspect" feature but I was using for only 4:3 videos to fit 16:9.

Thanks again.
