Using V7d. P4 2.2Mgz (old machine I know) 2 G ram. I place stills about 1800x900 pixel on time line. Use match output. then do zooming with event pan and crop or move the pic around with track motion. Cannot get a smooth motion. That is the zoomm is jerky, not constant. Not only in the preview window (no matter what setting) but also when I render to MPEG2 and play back on computer. I tried rendering as a progressive file. Am currently waiting for an interlaced render. Have used both CBR 8M and VBR 2pass at 8,6,4M 7 minute project (not render time!) This is an important slide show that is going to be projected from computer and I need to get smoother action. Any ideas?

PS I don't care about the preview only the finished product.
